Nani grew up adored by his elder brother, and when the brother marries Jyothi, Nani feels he has lost him. So when Jyothi, a strict and honest transport officer, is posted to Warangal and Nani is sent along to look after her, he goes grumbling all the way. In Warangal he falls for the lively Pallavi, but he also discovers that Jyothi's refusal to bend the rules has angered Shiva, a violent operator in the transport business who has decided to get rid of her. The title stands for Middle Class Abbayi (middle-class boy), and the film mixes family sentiment, romance and action in a crowd-pleasing package. Nani and Sai Pallavi's chemistry, Bhumika Chawla's return in a strong role and Devi Sri Prasad's songs helped make it a big hit.
