Shakthi and his friend did not finish their engineering degrees, but they know electronics better than most graduates and run a small business fixing and selling gadgets in Chennai. When a young student's life is destroyed by the racket of low-quality private engineering colleges, protected by a corrupt minister, Shakthi decides to fight back with the tools he knows best: hidden cameras, hacking and clever traps. Shraddha Srinath plays his love interest and R. J. Balaji provides comic support. Director R. Kannan builds the film around a real public concern of the time, the boom in poorly run engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu, and mixes it with a light romantic track and a battle of wits with the minister.
