Madhan, an orphan, lives for his sister Raji and for illegal bike races on the streets of Chennai. When traffic sub-inspector Rajasekar catches and publicly humiliates him, Madhan swears never to forgive the man. Fate has other plans: Raji and Rajasekar fall in love and marry, and Madhan finds himself living with the person he hates most. As misunderstandings deepen and outside dangers close in, the two men must decide whether ego or family matters more. Sivappu Manjal Pachai (Red Yellow Green, the colours of a traffic signal) is a warm family drama from Sasi, the director of Poo and Pichaikkaran, built on the uneasy bond between a brother-in-law and a sister's husband. Siddharth and G. V. Prakash Kumar share the lead, and Lijomol Jose plays the sister caught in the middle.
