3 Idiots (2009)

Three engineering students at a punishing institute, and the friend who taught them to think rather than memorise. Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor and Boman Irani lead. Adapted loosely from Chetan Bhagat's Five Point Someone, it became one of the most commercially successful Hindi films ever made and is still cited in arguments about Indian education.
