Dil Chahta Hai (2001)

Three friends out of college, their holiday in Goa, and the years in which two of them stop speaking. Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Akshaye Khanna lead, with Preity Zinta and Dimple Kapadia. Farhan Akhtar's first film, and the one that changed what urban Hindi cinema sounded like: the characters speak the way their audience actually spoke.
