Geethanjali Malli Vachindhi (2024)

A sequel to the 2014 horror comedy Geethanjali, this film brings back Srinivasa Reddy's hapless would-be director and his friends, who get a chance to make a film backed by a mysterious patron, on condition that they shoot in an old mansion. Anjali returns as the spirit of Geethanjali, and the shoot quickly descends into chaos as the house's dead make themselves known. Like the first film, it plays mostly for laughs from its comic ensemble, with ghostly set pieces in between. The film was promoted as Anjali's 50th film, and was written and co-produced by Kona Venkat, who also wrote the original.
