Jatt James Bond is a Punjabi action drama from 2014 directed by Rohit Jugraj. Gippy Grewal plays a young man from the village whose easy-going life is overturned when injustice reaches his door, and Zarine Khan, known for Veer opposite Salman Khan, made her Punjabi debut as the heroine. Gurpreet Ghuggi provides comedy and support. Despite its playful title, the film is more of an emotional drama about land, family and justice than a spy caper, and it was one of Gippy Grewal's well-received films of the period.
