Mona Darling (2017)

Mona Darling is a 2017 Hindi thriller set around a college campus and the world of social media, where an online identity becomes the key to a mystery. Suzanna Mukherjee plays the young woman at the centre of the story, with Anshuman Jha and Sanjay Suri in key roles. It is a small-budget suspense film that uses chats, profiles and screens to build its tension, a device that was still fairly new in Hindi cinema at the time.
