Saheb Aditya Pratap Singh is behind bars, while his wife Madhavi, now an elected politician, enjoys power and has no wish to see him free. When Saheb is finally released, the two resume their deadly marital chess game. Into it walks Uday Pratap Singh, the heir of a rival royal house, who has spent years in London running a gambling den, plays Russian roulette for thrills and has come home to settle an old family score. Each of the three sees the others as a means to an end. This is the third film in Tigmanshu Dhulia's series about decaying Uttar Pradesh royalty, after Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster in 2011 and the Returns sequel in 2013, with Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahie Gill returning. Sanjay Dutt joins as the new gangster, with Chitrangda Singh as his dancer girlfriend.
