Run Raja Run (2014)

Raja is a relaxed, cheerful young man who woos Priya, not knowing at first that her father is the city police commissioner, who is under pressure because important people keep being kidnapped. The commissioner seems to approve of Raja for reasons of his own, and soon the would-be groom is drawn into a plan that puts him in the line of fire, with Adivi Sesh as a sharp, unpredictable police officer. Run Raja Run was the debut of director Sujeeth, who went on to make Saaho and They Call Him OG, and Seerat Kapoor's first film. Its playful twists, Sharwanand's laid-back charm and Ghibran's songs made it a sleeper hit in 2014.
