Ullasamga Utsahamga ('cheerful and enthusiastic') is a Telugu romantic comedy from A. Karunakaran, the director of the Pawan Kalyan classic Tholi Prema. Newcomer Yasho Sagar plays a lively young man who falls in love with a girl, played by Sneha Ullal, who is already set to marry another. The film follows his playful, persistent efforts to change her mind, with light comedy and plenty of songs. Much of the fun comes from the hero's comic schemes and the tug-of-war with the rival groom's side, with Brahmanandam adding his usual brand of humour. The music by G. V. Prakash Kumar, then a rising composer, was one of its main attractions.
