The spoilt heir of a wealthy family, played by Fardeen Khan, can only claim his inheritance if he marries a girl from a Punjab village, as his late father wished. He goes through the wedding with the innocent Samaa and then flies back to his partying life in Trinidad, where he is in love with the supermodel Shimmer. Samaa refuses to be discarded: she follows him to the Caribbean, and with an unexpected ally sets out to transform herself and teach her husband a lesson. Dulha Mil Gaya ("found a groom") was the first film directed by Mudassar Aziz, shot largely in Trinidad and Tobago, and features Shah Rukh Khan in an extended special appearance. It was released in 2010 after a long delay.
