Gun Pe Done (2019)

Gun Pe Done is a 2019 Hindi black comedy directed by Abhik Bhanu, with Jimmy Shergill, Tara Alisha Berry and Bidita Bag. Set in the heartland, it follows a tangle of small-time criminals, lovers and hapless bystanders whose lives are thrown together by a gun and a series of bad decisions, with the humour coming from mistaken identities, botched plans and rustic swagger. Jimmy Shergill, a familiar face in this kind of hinterland crime caper, anchors the ensemble. It is a modest release best enjoyed as a quirky, dialogue-driven comedy rather than a polished thriller.
