Silukkuvarupatti Singam (2018)

Sathyamoorthy is a police constable in a sleepy village who loves an easy life and avoids anything resembling danger. One day, without knowing who the man is, he slaps and arrests a notorious gangster on the run, who escapes and swears revenge. Now the most frightened policeman in Tamil Nadu has a killer looking for him, and his attempts to hide, bluff and survive, while also juggling a romance, produce a string of comic situations. Silukkuvarupatti Singam is a broad village comedy produced by its star Vishnu Vishal, with the title spoofing the popular Singam police films.
