Tenali Ramakrishna is a small-town law graduate whose clients are so few that he survives by settling disputes out of court with tricks and quick wit. When a high-profile murder case involving a dangerous, influential woman politician lands on his desk, he sees a chance to make his name, but the case drags him into the world of politics and power where his cleverness is tested as never before. The film is a comic courtroom entertainer named after the legendary wit of the Vijayanagara court, with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar playing the formidable antagonist opposite Sundeep Kishan and Hansika Motwani. It reaches Hindi audiences as Tenali The Mastermind.
