Thalli Thandrulu (1987)

Thalli Thandrulu ("mother and father") is a 1987 Telugu family drama directed by Tatineni Rama Rao, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna with Vijayashanti, one of his most frequent screen partners of the 1980s. As the title suggests, the story turns on a son's love and duty towards his parents and his fight against those who wrong the family, combining family emotion, action and songs in the style of Balakrishna's popular films of the decade.
