Saptagiri Express (2016)

Saptagiri Express gave the popular Telugu comedian Saptagiri his first role as a leading man. He plays a junior police officer, eager to prove himself, who is assigned dull duties until a seemingly minor incident leads him to a dangerous criminal network that exploits vulnerable people. Romance with Roshni Prakash and plenty of comedy keep things light before the investigation turns serious. The film is a remake of the Tamil hit Kaaki Sattai (2015), adapted to suit Saptagiri's comic persona.
