Description

Apaatkaal ("emergency") is a 1993 Hindi action film directed by V. Subba Rao, starring Aatish Devgan and Sabah, with the veteran Kader Khan in a supporting role. It belongs to the many low and mid-budget action dramas of the early 1990s built around crime, corruption and a hero who takes matters into his own hands. Few details of the plot are widely documented today.
