Lakshmi (2014)

Lakshmi is a Kannada action film with Shiva Rajkumar, one of the industry's biggest stars, in a police role, supported by Priyamani and Saloni Aswani. In the tradition of the cop dramas that Kannada and Telugu audiences love, it pits an upright officer against an entrenched network of gangsters and their political protectors, with plenty of fights and a strong emotional thread involving family. It was directed by Raghava Loki. The film is mainly for fans of Shiva Rajkumar's action films and of no-nonsense police heroics.
