Agnee Prem (1996)

Agni Prem is a mid-1990s Hindi action-romance led by Shatrughan Sinha, the 'Shotgun' of Hindi cinema, in one of his later starring roles before he moved fully into politics. Farheen, the heroine of Jaan Tere Naam, plays the female lead, and the film mixes a young couple's romance with the kind of action-drama in which Sinha's commanding character takes on injustice. As the title, 'fiery love', suggests, love and violence run side by side. It is a modest 1990s production that will mainly interest followers of Shatrughan Sinha and the action dramas of that decade.
