Ambe Hai Meri Maa

Ambe Hai Meri Maa ("Ambe is my mother") is a Bhojpuri devotional film directed by Praveen Kumar Gudoori, starring Akshara Singh and Pakhi Hegde, two of the leading actresses of Bhojpuri cinema, with Rakesh Babu. It follows the tradition of Mata films, in which the goddess Durga, as Ambe Maa, protects a faithful devotee and her family from wicked people and dark forces, with bhajans, miracles and an emotional family story. It is not widely documented beyond its credits, so this page keeps to the basics. This page is for the Bhojpuri film.
