Description

Ammammagarillu ("Grandmother's house") is a Telugu family drama in which an elderly matriarch, whose family split apart years earlier over a property dispute, longs to bring her children and grandchildren back under one roof. Her grandson takes up the challenge, using love, patience and a little cunning to mend old quarrels. The film is a warm, old-fashioned family entertainer, with veteran actress Sumithra as the grandmother. It was Shamili's first Telugu film as a heroine after her years as a child star.
