He lives apart, running a small business and helping the people around him, while remaining fiercely protective of his family. When he falls for a young woman and crosses a powerful and violent gangster, the danger reaches everyone he loves. Anjaniputra is a Kannada remake of the Tamil action film Poojai (2014), starring Puneeth Rajkumar with Rashmika Mandanna in her second Kannada film after Kirik Party, and Ramya Krishnan as his mother.
