Apne Rang Hazaar (1975)

Apne Rang Hazaar ('a thousand colours of my own') is a 1975 Hindi romantic comedy directed by Ravi Tandon, who also made Khel Khel Mein and Khud-daar. Sanjeev Kumar, one of the most versatile actors of the decade, plays the lead opposite Leena Chandavarkar, with Bindu in support, and the title hints at a hero of many moods and many tricks, with the comic situations and romantic complications typical of the genre. It is a breezy, good-humoured film that shows the lighter side of an actor better known for intense dramas.
