Janani (2006)

Janani ("Mother") is a 2006 Hindi family drama starring Bhagyashree, who rose to fame opposite Salman Khan in Maine Pyar Kiya, alongside Mohnish Behl, her co-star in that same film, and Ayesha Jhulka. As the title suggests, the film is about a mother's love and the sacrifices she is called upon to make, set within a household strained by conflict and misunderstanding. It is a modest, emotional film aimed at family audiences and is mainly of interest to admirers of its leads.
