Do Fantoosh (1994)

Do Fantoosh ("two rascals") is a Hindi film directed by Veerendra, the Punjabi star-director, with Raj Babbar, Shakti Kapoor and Amjad Khan. It was released in the mid-1990s, some years after Veerendra's death in 1988 and Amjad Khan's in 1992, which suggests it was shot well before it came out. The film combines comedy, crime and drama, with the comic potential of Shakti Kapoor and Amjad Khan at the centre. It is of interest mainly as a late, little-seen work of its cast.
