Baadshah (2013)

Rama Rao, known as Baadshah, grew up close to the world of crime but turns against it after a betrayal that cost his family dearly. When an international crime syndicate run by a ruthless boss spreads its reach, he sets out to destroy it from the inside, using disguises and elaborate cons, and woos Janaki, the daughter of a police officer, along the way. Much of the fun comes from the schemes he plays on the people around him, with Brahmanandam as the self-important police officer Padmanabha Simha, one of his best-loved comic roles of the period. Directed by Sreenu Vaitla in the comedy-action style of his earlier hit Dookudu, with songs by S. Thaman, the film was one of Jr NTR's biggest hits of 2013. Mahesh Babu lent his voice as narrator.
