Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017)

Kattappa, who killed Amarendra Baahubali at the end of the first film, finally tells why. The prince, sent through the kingdom in disguise to learn it, fell for the warrior princess Devasena of Kuntala and chose her over the throne. Bhallaladeva, who wanted her himself, and the schemer Bijjaladeva frame him for an assassination attempt, and Sivagami, who raised him, orders his death. The killing, when it comes, is an oath obeyed rather than a betrayal, and the last act belongs to his son Mahendra, who comes home twenty-five years later to take Mahishmati back. S. S. Rajamouli again directed from his father K. V. Vijayendra Prasad's story, with music by his cousin M. M. Keeravani, whose son Sri Simha Koduri is among the Kunthala rebels. Prabhas plays Amarendra and his son Mahendra, with Rana Daggubati as Bhallaladeva, Anushka Shetty as Devasena, Tamannaah Bhatia as Avanthika, Ramya Krishnan as Sivagami, Sathyaraj as Kattappa, Nassar as Bijjaladeva and Subbaraju as Kumara Varma. Released on 28 April 2017 in Telugu; this is the Hindi version.
