Bad Boy (2023)

Rajkumar Santoshi, the director of Ghayal and Andaz Apna Apna, returned after several years with this light romantic comedy. A happy-go-lucky young man with no plans falls for a studious girl from a disciplined home, and when her father sets out to prove the boy unworthy, the hero has to show he is more than his reputation. Comic support comes from Johnny Lever and Rajpal Yadav. The film is a remake of the Telugu hit Cinema Choopistha Mava (2015) and launched two newcomers: Namashi Chakraborty, son of Mithun Chakraborty, and Amrin Qureshi, daughter of the producer. Himesh Reshammiya composed the songs.
