Kizhakkum Merkkum (1998)

Kizhakkum Merkkum ("east and west") is a 1998 Tamil family drama directed by Kalanjiyam, starring Napoleon with Devayani and Manivannan. Set in a rural setting, it deals with family bonds, sacrifice and a conflict between people from different worlds, as the title suggests. Napoleon was then a popular lead in village dramas, and Devayani was one of Tamil cinema's leading actresses of the period. Shown in Hindi as Ek Aur Sangram.
