Anupama, the curious housewife who ran a popular cooking channel in the first Bhamakalapam, has moved to a new city with her family and opens a restaurant with her friend and helper Shilpa. A prestigious cooking competition with a famous golden trophy offers a big break, but Anupama's knack for poking her nose into other people's business pulls her into a scheme involving gangsters and a valuable prize. Bhamakalapam 2 continues the dark-comedy thriller series with Priyamani again in the lead, and turns the domestic mystery of the first film into a full-blown caper.
