Description

Daniel Shekar, a well-connected retired army officer, is caught carrying liquor through a dry forest area and arrested by Sub-Inspector Bheemla Nayak, a tough, honest policeman with a fearsome reputation. Daniel takes the arrest as a personal insult and uses all his influence to strike back, and Bheemla, with his outspoken wife Suguna by his side, refuses to back down. What starts as a minor case snowballs into a feud that costs both men their jobs, their peace and their tempers. Bheemla Nayak is the Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum (2020), reshaped to give Pawan Kalyan a mass-hero role, with Trivikram Srinivas writing the screenplay and dialogues. Rana Daggubati's Daniel and S. Thaman's thunderous score were widely praised, and it was a big hit.
