Aditya, the spoilt son of a rich man, discovers an ancient secret that lets him enter another person's body and control it for a time, and he uses it to commit perfect crimes, making others look guilty. Vikram is the honest police officer who comes close to catching him, until Aditya takes over his body, leaving the policeman trapped in the wrong skin with everyone believing he is the criminal. Bogan reunited Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy after the hit Thani Oruvan, with the roles of hero and villain swapped in mid-film, giving both actors a chance to play each other. The film was produced by actor-director Prabhu Deva, and D. Imman's songs did well.
