Bombhaat (2020)

Vicky has been convinced since childhood that he is the unluckiest person alive, and everything in his life seems to prove it. He falls for a young woman, but the course of love goes no smoother than anything else. Things change when he becomes involved with a scientist's creation, an artificial-intelligence robot in the form of a young woman, and finds himself caught between luck and logic, human feeling and machine, and a dangerous rival who wants the robot for himself. Raghavendra Varma's debut is a light science-fiction romantic comedy, a genre rarely tried in Telugu, made on a small budget and released in 2020.
