Ronnie works for a catering business, lives for his friends and sister, and seems to drift through life with a joke for everyone. Through a chain of encounters, he becomes involved in the lives of several young women and realises that one man is the hidden link between their troubles: a wealthy, methodical psychopath who manipulates and destroys those around him. Brothers Day was the directorial debut of Kalabhavan Shajohn, the comedian and character actor best remembered as the vindictive policeman in the Malayalam Drishyam. It mixes festive family comedy with a dark thriller, and marked Tamil actor Prasanna's Malayalam debut as the chilling villain. Prithviraj leads a large ensemble cast.
