Santhu Straight Forward (2016)

Santhu says exactly what he thinks and does exactly what he says. When he falls for Ananya, he is told she is out of bounds: her family is tied up with dangerous men, and anyone who gets close to her pays for it. Santhu sets out to win her anyway, with charm, humour and, when needed, his fists. The film is a commercial romantic action entertainer that reunited Yash and Radhika Pandit, one of Kannada cinema's most popular screen pairs, who married in real life in the year of its release. Tamil actor Shaam plays a key role.
