Ammayi Kosam (2001)

Ammayi Kosam ("For the Girl") is a 2001 Telugu film directed by Muppalaneni Shiva, starring Ravi Teja, Meena and Vineeth. It comes from the years just before Ravi Teja's breakthrough as a mass hero, when he was still taking on second leads and ensemble parts, and pairs him with Meena, one of the leading South Indian heroines of the 1990s, and Vineeth, the dancer-actor known from Tamil and Malayalam films. As the title suggests, a woman is at the heart of the story. Few further details of the film are widely remembered.
