Siva Manasulo Sruthi (2012)

Siva and Sruthi meet by chance and start out on the wrong foot, each telling the other a pack of lies about who they are. Sruthi works as a radio jockey, and what begins as mutual irritation turns into a relationship of pranks, quarrels and reluctant affection, with neither willing to admit that they have fallen for the other. Families, egos and misunderstandings keep pulling them apart. The film is the Telugu remake of the Tamil romantic comedy Siva Manasula Sakthi (2009). It was the first film with Sudheer Babu in the lead and marked the Telugu debut of Regina Cassandra, both of whom went on to busy careers. Its initials gave it the popular short name SMS.
