Laparwah (1981)

Laparwah ("carefree" or "careless") is a 1981 Hindi film starring Mithun Chakraborty, who had won the National Award for Mrigayaa a few years earlier and was then working his way up in mainstream cinema, before Disco Dancer made him a superstar in 1982. He is paired with Ranjeeta Kaur, popular at the time after Laila Majnu and Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se, with Shakti Kapoor in support. It is a modest film of the period, mainly of interest to Mithun's fans.
