Bhavani IPS (2011)

Bhavani IPS gave Sneha, best known for gentle romantic and family roles, a rare chance to play an action heroine. She is Bhavani, an honest officer of the Indian Police Service who refuses to bend to criminals or the politicians protecting them, and the story pits her against a ruthless villain played by Sampath Raj. Comedian Vivek provides the lighter moments. The film follows the tradition of the lady-cop action films that Vijayashanti made famous in South Indian cinema, with Sneha doing her own share of fight scenes and confrontations.
