Chaalis Chauraasi (2012)

Chaalis Chauraasi is a 2012 Hindi crime comedy directed by Hriday Shetty. Four mismatched men, led by a veteran played by Naseeruddin Shah with Atul Kulkarni, Ravi Kishan and Kay Kay Menon, pose as police officers to carry out a hustle over one long night in Mumbai. The disguise works a little too well, drawing them into situations real cops would handle very differently, and their plan begins to unravel as gangsters, genuine policemen and their own quarrels close in. The film's main pleasure is watching four strong character actors bounce off one another in a fast, talky caper.
