Char Dervesh (1964)

Char Dervesh ('four dervishes') takes its title from the classic Persian-Urdu tale cycle Qissa-e-Chahar Darvesh, a frame story of wandering dervishes and their adventures. It was directed by Homi Wadia, whose studio made a long run of stunt, fantasy and costume films, and it stars Feroz Khan before his rise as a major leading man, with Sayeeda Khan opposite him. Expect magic, princes, dungeons and songs in the tradition of the Wadia fantasy films.
