A college built on the edge of a forest has a rule that students must not leave the campus after dark, and when a girl from the hostel is found dead, the management blames wild animals. Arun, a student played by Arulnithi, is not convinced, especially when more incidents follow, and with his friends he starts investigating what is really happening around D Block, the women's hostel. D Block is a Tamil horror thriller that keeps its audience guessing between the supernatural and a human killer. It continues Arulnithi's run of genre films, and director Vijay Kumar Rajendran also appears on screen.
