Varun and Pallavi are a young married couple who quarrel about everything and are headed for divorce. Then a strange twist of fate swaps them, so that each wakes up in the other's body and has to face the other's job, family and daily frustrations. What follows is a body-swap comedy in which comedian Srinivasa Reddy, in a rare lead role, plays a woman trapped in a man's body, and Siddhi Idnani the reverse, with Vennela Kishore adding his own brand of comic chaos. The title is borrowed from E. V. V. Satyanarayana's 1993 comedy of the same name, itself remembered for turning gender roles upside down, and the film nods to that cult classic.
