Cousins is a Malayalam action comedy from Vysakh, the director of mass entertainers such as Pokkiri Raja. Kunchacko Boban and Indrajith play cousins who travel to a hill village on a family mission, to trace a long-estranged relative and reunite the family. Once there they find themselves caught up with local rivalries, fall for the women they meet, and have to talk and fight their way out of a growing mess. The film leans on the easy chemistry of its two leads, plenty of comedy from Suraj Venjaramoodu, and colourful songs. Vedhika and Nisha Agarwal play the heroines.
