Billoo Badshah (1989)

Billoo Badshah is a 1989 Hindi action drama directed by Sisir Mishra, starring Govinda and Neelam, who made several films together in the late 1980s, with Shatrughan Sinha in a strong supporting role. It comes from the years just before Govinda reinvented himself as Hindi cinema's top comic star, when he was mostly cast in action and romance. Reliable details of the plot are limited. It will appeal to fans of the Govinda–Neelam pair and of Shatrughan Sinha's dialogue-heavy screen presence.
