Darling (2007)

Aditya has a comfortable job and a devoted wife, but he begins an affair with Geeta, the vivacious secretary at his office. When a quarrel between them ends in her accidental death, he panics and covers it up, hoping to go back to his ordinary life. Instead Geeta starts appearing to him, at home and at work, and only he can see her. As her presence grows more insistent, Aditya's guilt, his marriage and his sanity all begin to crack. Darling is a Ram Gopal Varma ghost story that leans more towards dark romantic drama and black comedy than out-and-out scares, with Esha Deol playing the spirit and Isha Koppikar as the wife. It came out during Varma's most prolific period, when his Factory banner was turning out several films a year.
