Deewana Main Deewana is a Govinda comedy-romance in the classic K. C. Bokadia mould, with Priyanka Chopra as the woman he falls for, and a supporting cast of familiar comic faces including Kader Khan and Johnny Lever. The film was shot in the early 2000s, when Priyanka was just starting out in Hindi films, but was stuck for years and finally reached cinemas only in 2013, by which time she had become a major star. Viewers now watch it largely as a curiosity: a glimpse of Govinda at the end of his comedy-hero era alongside one of Priyanka's earliest roles.
