Debby cannot accept that her husband took his own life without reason, and her search for an answer leads her to a strange book and a chain of deaths that began years earlier. At the same time, twin brothers, both played by Arulnithi, are caught up in a battle over family property while one of them lies in hospital, and their story becomes bound up with the same curse. Debby must race against a deadline the evil has set before more lives are lost. Demonte Colony 2 is a sequel to the 2015 Tamil horror hit Demonte Colony, which was made by the same director with Arulnithi, and it expands the original's legend of a haunted mansion and a cursed gold chain. With its supernatural mystery and Sam C. S.'s score, it became one of the bigger Tamil horror successes of 2024.
