Deva is a powerful underworld don living under the radar. Das is a sincere, rather naive doctor who struggles to keep a job because he cares too much about his patients. When Deva turns up with a bullet wound, Das treats him without calling the police, and an odd friendship grows between them: the gangster teaches the doctor some nerve, and the doctor tries to talk the gangster out of killing. Meanwhile the police and rival gangs close in on Deva, and Das is drawn into a world he never wanted. This multi-starrer pairs Nagarjuna and Nani in a comedy built on their contrasting styles, with Rashmika Mandanna and Aakanksha Singh as the women in their lives. The title joins the heroes' names, Deva and Das.
